The 1st line staff and technicians have been extremely helpful. At times getting speedy response was challenging but understood that the team nos were low. The staff have always been personal, patient and supportive. We were supported to go through problem solving, trying every which way to identify issue. Glad to say we have now identified the uncommon issue. Huge thanks go to Gary and particularly Andrew..who suggested we call him at his home on Saturday, so he could support the solution process.
