The work carried out by the installation engineer was good but he failed to complete the work, leaving me with no connection to my solar system to charge via this method. After two phone calls to your tech team, having zero response from the first call, an Email or acknowledgement would have been useful. I had to make a second call the person on the other end wasn't at all interested just told me to contact the installers he didn't offer any contact details I had to ask for them. My thanks to the installers who acted very quickly and dispatched an engineer the next day. I think the installers need more training on solar installations neither engineer had worked with solar before the second engineer was more methodical and resolved the issue, that the first one just left and told me to get another electrician who worked on solar systems. Not what you want to hear when you have paid extra for this service. Maybe a more in-depth survey would have highlighted potential issues with the solar link up. Everything is now working correctly it just took a bit longer than it should have to get it right, hope this has given you a few ideas for improvements to your service.
