EOCharging provide zero customer service, my EO Mini Pro 2 has been broken since the cold weather in December (2 months and counting). I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails I still have no fix date, they never call back with any updates.
Avoid this company and its chargers.

Having posted reviews on here and other review sites, I finally had contact from the escalations team and they arranged for a Mini Pro 3 to replace my Mini Pro 2, they also arranged for a new installation company, who were much better than my previous experiences.
I have been asked to update my review, based on the resolution from the escalation team which I am doing now. I am increasing it to 2 stars to give some credit to the escalation team moving quickly. However, if I had not posted a public review I still believe I would be waiting for a resolution and it shouldn't take a public review for a business to take action. Even with the involvement of the escalation team it has taken 3 months to get a new charger sorted.
