EO are sadly selling a unit that is not fit for purpose! It records higher levels of volts than the actual as verified by UK Power Networks and the installer with his calibrated unit. Consequently the unit fails every few days because it believe the voltage has exceeded 53. There is no current solution to this issue. EO need to halt sales until a resolution is found. EO support lines are a minimum of 45 minute wait and they do not reply to their web support fault report service or emails. Very poor experience.
