About three months ago had a bill for £190. two weeks later I noticed EonNext had taken £1190.00 from my account. It took me ten weeks to get the money back> So I do not trust them but send monthly meter readings so my bills are accurate. This time I got an email back so obviously nothing to do with me about another customer and probably the fact they ha difficult in paying. Apart from the fact this careless and dreadful mistake was unfair and unkind to the actual customer I then emailed three times and once to their CEo. Never got a reply, never a sorry. Nothing. Nil. This is not the first time I have had dreadful customer service from Eon Next. This company has been fined and rapped over the knuckles by the regulator for their appalling service. They do not care about anything or anybody
