AVOID!! These are ok until you switch and leave. I have contacted them 4 times to get my credit refund (approx £195.00) was told as soon as the meter readings are received your refund will be issued immediately. Then got told they issue refund until meter readings are finalised (but they already said they had them). Then told me 3-5 working days for refund but this could take longer. 2 months on & I still have no refund! Customer service agents are not professional or compassionate just rude! I would not recommend!
