I had 2 weeks were I was able to see a daily breakdown of my day & night usage and costs on the App, after waiting in anticipation to be able just go on the App and see how much it cost to run the storage heater overnight, or turn the kettle on for a longed for cuppa during the day.
Puff, overnight the App went back to bog standard daily usage only, no night units nor cost breakdown.
I am fed up as a customer, Eonnext have been saying for over a year or more "we are working on our App so our customers can see their day and night units and costs".
When will Eonnext start looking after their Customers and giving what they promise in a timely working manner.
