Weeks ago, E.ON wrongfully charged me £610 instead of £63.10. They confirmed the error and promised it was resolved, yet they still took the full amount. Now, despite chasing them for my refund, I’ve had zero success. To make matters worse, their so-called "complaints handler," Maz, has been utterly useless and rude throughout the process. No help, no solution—just more frustration. If you're considering E.ON, think again. Their billing is a disaster, and their customer service, especially Maz, is disgraceful. They’ll take your money, and then you're on your own. Stay far away!
