I feel bad saying, its not just me going through what can only be described as a traumatic experience with E.ON,,again,
A year ago they tried charging me almost 2k for energy used ?? , low and behold, their fault and admittedly, they did give me a £20 apology, Now, here we are again, bills to the tune off almost £800 ,thrats to my credit rating imposed by them , ive all statements for all my payments and then they're now asking me why I haven't topped up my meter? I'm not on a token meter , backbilling? I've been informed backbilling can only be carried out for no more than 12 months yet one off their own OPPERATIVES told me they were back billing me from 2021 ?? Strange, since it was i who insisted on a new meter been fitted the day I moved in so how can I be backbilled, 1 when you were supposed to have resolved an overcharge by you for 2k ,, 2 a brand new meter, 3 im not on a token meter???
As I said im pleased it's not just me ,
Please don't offer another false apology E.ON, because your service is without a doubt, disgusting, all evidence off complaints are available on my part!
