I would like to give 0 star if possible. They charged $49.99 fee for the membership monthly which I never agreed. They hide lots of details to charge the money directly. If you send an email to ask about the transaction and refund, they actually have an automatic response (within 10 seconds after you sent) saying that they cannot refund the money to you but can only refund it as credit to their website account (which is useless). I was originally use PayPal to get the $1 report and they will charge you through the same payment method. I was arguing twice with PayPal directly but PayPal DOES NOT handle this. I finally need to contact my credit card company and let them dispute it. So TLDR: do not use this company, and if you did have the same experience, just go with your credit card company and dispute it directly. This company should be listed as a fraud company globally in the finance system.
