I opted for one time report and I was not aware that I have been enrolled for a monthly membership charges of $49.99. I sent an email to support staff after seeing a monthly membership reminder and they cancelled it after 4 days of my request and when membership was already charged. Now they are pointing at weird policies posted on their website that User had to cancel their membership and simply reaching out to support team doesn't ensure cancellation. It's an open fraud. Don't understand the point of support team. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES who charge customers even after cancellation. They only know how to make money, look at all the reviews on the same. Definitely feel like got cheated on a day light.
