This IS a scam!!! I used this website to review three VIN numbers. I called the customer support to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for an account membership. I was told it was canceled and I wouldn’t have any payments. Two days later I was charged $49.98. I called to speak with customer service and was given a link to fill out a form. Minutes after submitting it I was rejected a refund AND cancelation. I called again and they ignored my phone number three times in a row. I used my work phone to try and they immediately answered. I asked if I could speak with a manager and the woman spoke to me as if I was the dumbest person on Earth. She said there are no managers. Not sure how there are no managers or supervisors, but I called my bank and they said it sounded like a scam for sure. They blocked them from my account and said that they were set for reoccurring payments. If I had not called my bank, they would continue to charge me $49.99. I am still out the money too- all for three VIN numbers.
