I'm surprised that EpicVIn has this many complaints. I found out the hard way. I paid for the 1 dollar 3 days subscription and cancelled a day before the deadline. My account subscription page clearly shows my subscription as cancelled. I later got charged 49.99 for their monthly sunscription and I thought this must be a mistake. I contacted customer care and sent a screen shot of my account showing subscription has been cancelled and also the expiry date for the 1 dollar 3 day subscription. They sent a generic email reply stating my account was automatically renewed because I didnt cancel the sunscription and its clearly written in their terms and conditions. My account page still shows subscription cancelled. I wouldnt be so pained if I didnt cancel, to have money stolen from me in such is really frustrating. This is definitely a scam and it's amazing nothing as been done about them so far. whats the point of complaining when the Epicvin is allowed to continue stealing?
