I purchased a set of two Loveramics Egg Style Latte Cup and Saucer, and from start to finish the purchase experience was outstanding. I got an email confirming my order, and then an email to confirm that my order was shipped. It took a week or so to ship out the set (which is totally understandable given it is the holiday season). When I received the package, I was pleasantly surprised how carefully each cup and saucer was wrapped in bubblewrap and placed in packing peanuts to make sure nothing would get damaged along the way. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with Espresso Parts, and it will be my go-to company for any future espresso product needs.
