It is clumsy and time consuming to call and request parts, only to be diverted to the website. I then had to set up an online account. I then had to go to a third party to set up W9, only I couldn't use the one I have on file from the government, I had to use theirs. I then had to email espresso parts that I had completed that. Then they had to reset the order, then I had to go back in and complete the order. This took 2 days to complete, and used to take 10 minutes. I tried to call back at several minutes before closing and they had already sent the phones over to closing. It was way too much work and time.
