I desparately tried to find a new water reservoir for my Oscar Simmonelli espresso machine here in Canada where I live. For whatever reason it was impossible. My local espresso machine service and repair shop could not locate one in Canada either. I searched the web in America and...ta da....there you were. And there was the water reservoir. I ordered it and it came within days across the border. I am very happy with my experience.
