I enjoy a triple espresso in the morning and lovely VERO CORTADO GLASS (4.25OZ) - EMERALD looked to be the perfect choice. Instead what I received was the Vero Cortado in AMBER. An honest mistake, soon as I emailed customer service they immediately sent replacements in the emerald green. No hassle, no questions and very professional. I feel companies can be at their best depending on how well they handle screw-ups. I am impressed. Although I did reserve the fifth star because the ith final product does not seem to be a likeness of the product. Other than that the Vero Cortado is an excellent product. the weight is perfect and has a simple elegance to it that I appreciate. In fact I will probably be ordering a few more of these.
