Excellent service so far. I ordered 3 steam wands (2 and a spare) and steam knobs for a 20+ year old Grimac Zola II (if you didn't know Grimac is now out of business). Wands and knobs are in place and working well. I was impressed by how fast the order went out. I requested USPS Priority Mail, which is the one of the best ways to get stuff to Kodiak, AK. I ordered Monday and the parts were here Friday, which is to be expected. The parts had to get into the mail really quick for that to happen. I have some more parts to order and will do so.
