This was my first experience in dealing with Espresso Parts. I could not be a happier customer as the company featured an item on sale that is critical to my pour over coffee each morning I am home when not traveling. The website is robust and laid out perfectly and functions like a 21st website should be designed to perform. They shipped my order promptly and packaged it very well and I have already recommended the company to several of my friends who proceeded to purchase. 5 Stars! I believe that you can buy with confidence that you are doing business with a very well managed company.
