I attempted to buy the part I needed from another company who took my $$, emailed a reciept and never shipped the part. I found what I needed on the Espresso Parts website & about 5 days later it was on my porc. It fit perfect and now I can make coffee in my own kitchen! I laugh when I drive by Dutch Bros and see 15 cars in line waiting to pay $8.00 for a cup!
