Esure owed me my direct debit from 29/3 as it was to late to cancel it when I cancelled my policy with them I was told by the agent it would be returned within 5-7 days I also paid a cancellation fee to them, I contacted them today because I have not received my payment back to be told by another agent I am not entitled to it no reason just no when I said the other agent said it I would be refunded it this one told me I was misinformed and they think that's it, they clearly do not train their staff very well when they feel it is perfectly ok to misinform the customer and we will just accept it, what do they preach... if you give US misinformation your policy is void but it's ok for them to do it how is that ok short answer it's not
