Useless!AVOID AT ALL COST! They are happy to take your money but refuse to actually provide the service you pay for! I have been driving over 40 years and never made a claim in my life. If I could put 0 stars I would, I don’t even know how to describe these cowboys. very bad service at all, never recommend to anyone to going with this cheating Esure insurance. If you don't want stress avoid them, loosing time and headache I will advise to pay extra and go for a company that respect and help there clients when are in need. I paid the full amount for full Year my insurance then I had accident not my fault then After few days I received the latter from esure my insurance increased by about £153.77 Absolute disaster. This below is also from their decision for my car this was a big insult to me with a low price calculated by everyone who watched the dash camera footage they said it was not my fault and there were more than 30 who saw it but esure says it is my mistake, so says esure insurance in which I believed a lot, I just want to warn with my truth all those who think to buy insurance from ESURE. Their decision As there's some pre-existing damage to your car, to the rear bumper and the driver’s side rear door , its only right that a deduction is made for this as well. The additional damage was estimated at £1132.00, using preferential rates, and we deducted £548.00 to reach the valuation of £3200.00. In addition, as you are aware, due to the mileage discrepancy advised on policy inception and being different to the mileage actually covered, we will be settling your claim on a proportionality basis. The settlement will be based on 83.81% which equates to £518.00 this has also been deducted from the settlement below. Thanks to everyone who read my true story about Esure car insurance
