Despite being hit by a 17 year old who had run through a red light light and then gone down a one way system the wrong way and hit me at50mph. Im lucky to be alive. Their medical man has told me to get physio on my multiple injuries but no information of where and when. Does anyone know anybody in Esure and can they find out for me. This lot are a total shambles. They have had my car for nearly 10 weeks still not fixed dont understand that because its costing them a fortune, i would have thought a company that watch every penny that they woudnt be allowing that. My serious advice to anyone here is to not deal with Esure because if your giving them money they ask you to give a positive review but the non invited factual reviews from people like me show the reality. If you get involved in any kind of claim you cannot get anyone specifically. I have phoned them more than 50 times and Michelle who can help me is the only person i have been able to speak to more than once and that by accident. They throw a whole load of names at you who clearly dont exist.
