My vehicle was hit while parked on MY drive. No one in attendance of my vehicle either. ESure state the car was a right off but did not pay any money at all. Then they claimed it was a category N. Not having seen the vehicle or studied its condition how do they arrive at such assumptions. They are without a doubt a bunch of fools, still very wet behind the ears. Avoid if you want to save your sanity - something they do not have unfortunately. Buying cheap does not mean excellent service or cover, means you will suffer when you require assistance and help. MJM
