A breath of fresh air – very impressed by their customer service when setting up the policy, so much so that I anticipate moving one of my others cars to an esure policy – they offer a discount for multiple vehicles. Fortunately I've not had to claim, which I suspect is the real test of how robust their customer services are, so my experience of them as a provider is limited but positive thus far.
