when I made a claim on my policy ,after notifying Esure I never heard no more about what was happening until the claim was settled and paid. I would have liked to have known about what was happening. When I rang esure they (you) said it wasn`t worth arguing as the bill was only £300. the accident wasn`t entirely my fault, but I won`t go into that
