I took out cover with Esure because, they offered the services I required at the cheapest price.
So far I haven't had to use them so I really don't know if they are as good as they say they are.
On the up side, I haven't heard anyone say anything thing bad about the company either.
So pay their over inflated prices and keep your fingers crossed they will deliver if and when you need them.
