Car was stolen and they offered 6k less than than it was worth. Do not use them. Terrible to speak first check they sent was for £130 as a scare tactic. Then they same you accepted the offer. No negotiation, I am not sentimental about cars but know how much they cost to buy. Feel utterly let down through no fault of my own. Would never use again or ever recommend to anybody. It is wrong and reported to financial ombudsman.
