I bought a set of NGK spark plugs for my Ford Mondeo 1.5 EcoBoost engine. Straight away the engine had a random misfire, Ford's main deal told me this engine would not run on NGK plugs, I fitted Ford plugs now all ok. I spoke to Europarts customer service, advising them these plugs were unsuitable for the purpose for which they were sold, customer services, a lady named Donna, were excellent, very polite and efficient, and they refunded my purchase.
