I have no problem with there parts, just their service...purchased online with pick up within 30 mins...I got to the branch...waited 10 minutes and they told me we haven't got it. Not in stock?? No apology, just you will have to pick it up tomorrow...and now after I have complained they tell me no refund...you picked it up..which never happened... So sort your systems out. Apologise for your mistakes.
