I bought a brake pad for my car online which where saying it was the indicated for my car but did not fit, when I went to the shop trying to get the right one they said I had to go to a different euro car parts shop because they didn't had the one I was looking when I went to the other shop they couldn't helped my and sent me back to the first shop then the first person that assisted me at the beginning said something completely different that I said at first and told me to go back home and measure my car disc, when I had my old brake pad with me and I thought that would be easier to help to find the right one but he didn't even checked.
