I ordered and paid for parts on line to be collected. Email confirmation clearly stated I could collect until the 9th September. I went on the 6th to be told that I had not collected in time and that the order was cancelled. I was told I would receive a refund in the next couple of days. I needed parts so had to purchase AGAIN! So out of pocket for double the cost of these parts as I am still awaiting a refund as of the 10th. This is unacceptable!
