Went to get a lower suspension arm that was in stock and paid for it,to be told that not one on shelf. So they said would order one in. Phoned on the Wednesday to be told it was in ready to pick up,went in that evening to collect to be told that someone had booked it out to a garage 😩 was not happy as I had paid for it and car was booked in for the next day to get the work done. Had to order from other supplier and asked for a refund but had to come back into the branch to issue refund as paid at card machine and said they couldn't do it that day as needed manager. So had to come back next day which was the 4th day of a 50 mile round trip and time off work to finally get a refund 😩😩
