Hi, I had a pretty bad experience with Euro Car Parts. I needed new wipers for the car, and this company was one of the first ones to come up on google. I put my reg no in to ensure I was ordering the correct blades - even the invoice stated my correct car make and model and reg number. The blades came and they didn’t fit - my car garage said “tell me you didn’t get these from Euro Auto Parts, they are constantly sending out the wrong blades.” I then proceeded to take these wipers back for refund at my local store. This took a total of 45 minutes and I had to call customer services whilst I was there because the store kept saying they couldn’t issue me a refund. After much hassle, I finally got my refund IN CASH because they couldn’t figure out how to issue the refund back to me - apparently on screen the account said I was only to be credited £20.18 when in actuality the blades cost £33.49. A very stressful experience and I definitely won’t be buying from this company again. I never leave reviews but really felt the need to this time.
