I was let down by Euro Car Parts express delivery after purchasing an ignition coil and paying extra for the express delivery which it didn’t arrive. After contacting Euro Car Parts on the 3rd day I was informed i would receive my delivery charge back but to refuse the delivery when it arrived. I waited another full day for the delivery for it not to arrive. I contacted Euro Car Parts again and after communication with them on this occasion i was refunded for the part and the express delivery. Unsure if Euro Car Parts or Evri the delivery company were to blame for this but the part eventually arrived 1week later and i now have to arrange a return as i had to arrange for this to be replaced at a garage.
