Firstly, the parts were supposed to be picked up on Sunday, but it turned out the store was closed that day, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Secondly, I don't see the point of using Click and Collect since there is no faster pickup option in your store. Everyone is treated the same, whether they placed a Click and Collect order or not. You end up waiting 40 minutes in line, and then the staff still has to pick your order, which adds another 5 minutes of waiting. It's easier to order something online from elsewhere—cheaper and without the 45-minute wait in a long queue inside a non-air-conditioned space.
