The ordering online is a very simple process, it's just the collection at the depot at Gravesend which needs addressing. One lovely and very knowledgable lady serving, taking the orders from customers in-store, getting the part, issuing the invoice etc but lots of staff walking around and sitting in the office with no assistance offered when the queue was out the door. Needs a bit more organisation for collection of parts - especially for online orders that are just collecting.
