Your Isleworth store sold me brakes in a battered box with all the fittings missing so not fit for purpose. When I tried to return them I was told we cannot resell this item in this condition so couldn’t refund me. Though they could sell them to me like that. Please see photo of box from Brixton branch compared to Isleworth branch. I have no problems with your other branches but your Isleworth branch is sorely lacking in customer relations.
