I ordered what I though was an H11 replacement fog light bulb for my Mini R56 online. I went to the store to collect and was greated by an overfamiliar shop assistant who was "yeah mate" to everything. That's a bit of an aside, but seriously, what's happened to customer service? A customer is never your mate unless he's actually your mate. Have some professionalism! Anyway, having specifically asked the assistant to double check whether the bulb was indeed compatible with my car, he insisted "yeah mate, that's the right one". Having gone to replace the bulb, it's not the right bulb. A disappointing experience!
