Ordered a light bulb. Missed delivery. Rang the branch (Cardiff) on Saturday and asked if they could deliver the bulb on Thursday. They said yes. They left a card on Monday saying I missed delivery. No delivery came on Thursday. Rang again, they said they could bring it Saturday. This never happened. Rang again and someone said the branch is closed so would have to pick it up.
Why pay for delivery of they don't bother keeping to their promises.
