Bought a replacement battery, which after a trip to mechanic was found to be in worse state than the one it was replacing. Refund was complex as I only had a digital receipt, which has a different reference to paper receipt, and which became obsolete at the moment of sale, so a search of whole sales database for that date was necessary. I would recommend testing batteries before selling them, as this would have saved me time, and a visit to a garage.
