Ordered parts online click and collect and this was the second time they supplied me the wong engine filter which meant around a 6 mile return for exchange.
Not at all apolagetic for the mistake,
Not enough counter staff for the volume of customers.
I'm not going to use europarts again as theres too many people in the office and not enough people serving the general public.
