Have used the high Wycombe branch many times over the years and it really could be more professionally run. Always hear staff swearing in the warehouse due to the thin partition wall between the trade counter. Always a long queue of customers that seems to mainly down to staff not using initiative. Very limited parking for customers and to compound the problem even more, your van drivers are always happy to just block the forecourt to collect parts for delivery. Sadly not very well run at all in my many experiences over the years I have used the Aylesbury branch a few times which I find a far better customer service experience, they seem very well organised and professional. Just my honest opinion but I actually dread using the High Wycombe branch because I can almost guarantee wasting a lot of my time in there to purchase parts that should realistically only take minutes.
