Easy to order and the gentleman on the counter was extremely helpful but the people in the parts store/department left me standing waiting for my parts whilst they had a chat. When I eventually received my order I thanked the young lad and he just turned away and didn’t speak. Rude is an understatement. Customer service at its worst
