TLDR; good in the end. Delivery at your own peril as they use EVRI as a courier; which for car parts seems dangerous.. Website and order process is fine. However, they’ve opted to utilise EVRI for a courier.. which I would suggest is unwise. I don’t know if the packaging they send in makes it obvious that car parts were contained - (as mine were ‘mysteriously’ damaged in transit by EVRI (stolen based on the lack of any engagement from them) I haven’t seen my original order. Anyway, no contact from EVRI, had to chase euro themselves, first set of messaging assured parts would come after EVRI assess the damage.. ok.. few days later on hearing nothing from either party, suspicions were confirmed. Again, Euro refunded me quite easily and quickly, but a pretty poor first time order and likely avoidable if there was more care and diligence on their own logistics side, cost cutting usually ends up costing more overall. Apologies for the TLDR, just what I hoped was a fair review, ordered parts for pickup.. all fine even got an impulse buy out of me at checkout - otherwise all good!
