Not so good. I needed a battery for a Honda CRV - in fairness it was very easy to order and collect but a complete waste of my time and energy because the website didn't make it clear that Bosch S4 batteries come in 2 different terminal sizes... so it wasn't until I tried to fit it at home that I found I'd got the wrong one. Couldn't find any info on the website to help me ensure I would now select the right one, and had to resort to onfo off another website. To help others, the Bosch S4 020 and 022 batteries have small japanese terminals (13.1mm & 14.7mm); S4 021 & 023 have large terminals (17.5mm & 19.5mm).
