Order online 3 filters and oil, went to pick up in store but was very disappointed by the staff at counter as he took all 4 items from inside the store and put them on the counter with invoice on top. All loose no bag or packaging, it was very awkward to pick up three loose boxes of filters (oil, air and cabin filters) and 5 letters oil bottle with invoice paper. Got out of store and dropped oil filter on the floor as it was very windy and rainy outside. Moral of the story is improve customer service and offer your customers suitable packing or bag if they’re buying multiple items. Not buying anything from Euro Car Parts again.
