I was not impressed. It took nearly two days to procure the small sample bottle I ordered and when I came to collect it having paid for it there was only one person dealing with customers. I then had to wait about 15 minutes while a complicated order was sorted out for the customer ahead of me who was not using the click and collect service. When he had finally finished it took only 30 seconds to pick up my click and collect item. I regard this as poor service.
