I ordered service parts at the Birkenhead branch to service my car in the driveway at home. I ordered the parts using my car registration number but after getting back home I realised they had given me the wrong air filter. Couldn’t return it either as it was a Sunday & they’re closed. Very frustrating & I waster fuel having to return their mistake back to their store.
