Awful experience, huge queue (pretty much out the door) and by the time I got to the counter I was told they didn’t have my item which I was there to collect (having paid for it already online). After around 40mins in the store somebody managed to find my item or an alternative but no apology or explanation. Just a really poor service and experience.
